The project consisted of thirteen floors with four levels of covered parking and includes an amenities level with a weight room, indoor swimming pool and sauna, and 2-story retail along St. Charles Avenue. The floors are cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned reinforcement on precast piles. The exterior is finished with brick veneer, concrete cornices, and an aluminum and glass curtain wall system. Each condominium was finished per prospective owner’s request on an individual basis.
