This design/build project consists of a three building multi-story facility of approximately 75,756 sq. ft. with 90 modules. Each module consists of two living/sleeping rooms, kitchenette, bath, and storage. Also provided are various support areas including administrative space, laundry, lounge, recreation room, multi-purpose room, public restrooms, linen storage, and lobby. The project includes state-of-the-art sustainability features such as high-value thermo insulation, Low E Glazing, high efficiency water-cooled heat pumps, and use of heat recovery wheel to recondition all outside air. |
