This project is comprised of 15 buildings with 130 living units. Each unit contains two sleeping/living rooms, kitchenette, bath and storage. Also included are administrative areas, laundry facilities and a multipurpose room. Construction consisted of slab on grade with lightweight concrete elevated decks, structural metal framing, brick veneer exterior and standing seam metal roofs. The electrical and mechanical equipment is state-of-the-art to meet the demands of quality of life standards and utility conservation required by the Navy.
