Renovation converting third through sixth floors into 60 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) units. Amenities in each unit include a separate fully equipped kitchen and living room area. The second floor supports the Naval Reserve Professional Development Center, Northwood and Troy State satellite facilities, Navy Campus and Learning Center, Navy Exchange Administrative Offices, and food court. The first floor is the Navy Exchange with general retail, mini-mart, barber and beauty shops, video rental, optical shop, uniform and tailor ship, and personalized services. Construction of a new Damage Control Trainer, which provides hand on damage control training for naval reserve forces. |
