This two-story bachelors living quarters houses 100 sailors and totals approximately 36,000 sq.ft. Its construction is of load bearing masonry with brick-veneer. The roof is supported by a cold-formed metal truss system with a metal deck, insulation and standing seam roof. Interior build out is cold-formed metal stud with gypsum board finishes.
