This design/build project is comprised of 7 buildings with 75 living units. Each unit contains two sleeping/living rooms, kitchenettes, bath and storage with laundry facilities in each building. Construction consists of slab on grade, with lightweight concrete elevated decks, structural metal framing, with brick-veneer exterior and a standing seam metal roof. The electrical and mechanical equipment is state-of-the-art to meet the demands of quality of life standards and utility conservation required by the Navy.
