This three phase
project (the Hangar, the Narrow Lean-to (NLT),
and the Wide Lean-to (WLT)) required addressing
asbestos containing materials. The Hanger space
(36,640 sq.ft.) was completely renovated to
incorporate climate control via Infrared Heating,
Foam Fire Extinguishing System, epoxy floor
coating, and new Hangar doors that allow for
partial opening of the six independent doors.
Both the NLT (28,320 sq.ft.) and the WLT (45,120
sq.ft.) are two-story office spaces and maintenance
shops. They were completely renovated with all
new finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roof
system and sprinkler. |
