The project is a 20,320 sq. ft. warehouse and 3,327 sq. ft. office. The warehouse utilizes rack storage to a height of 35 feet. The fire protection sprinkler system in the warehouse is a wet-pipe sprinkler system utilizing early suppression fast response sprinklers (ESFR). The ESFR sprinklers are designed to deliver a minimum of 121.2 gallons per minute from the most remote 12 sprinklers.
