The Renaissance Arts Hotel project consisted of the renovation of a 170,000 sq. ft. 4-story 1910 vintage pour-in-place and masonry structure into a 225 room, 4-star Renaissance Hotel. The hotel features a 3-meal, full service fine dining restaurant – Le Cote Brasserie, meeting space, rooftop pool and health facility, street level art gallery, and full service hotel laundry facility. The 1910 property is in the National Historic Register and was renovated and restored in conformance with the National Park Service requirements.
