Multiple phase renovation of a 5,500 sq. ft. restaurant in a historically significant building. The restaurant was expanded into adjacent space previously used for parking. This increased the square footage of the restaurant to 12,000 sq. ft., which includes offices, additional food preparation area, courtyard seating balcony seating, and additional dining area. |
