Modernization of mechanical and electrical systems. New plaster surfaces, new millwork doors and windows and new stone flooring. Upgrading of air handling systems throughout building, renovating toilet rooms adding marble flooring. Exterior sidewalks being upgraded consistent with other French Quarter areas, adding tree planters, ornamental bollards and flagstone paving. Project involved lead abatement, asbestos abatement and ADA modifications.
