Complete demolition and renovation to interior of original structure of a 52,000 sq. ft. 24-hour operating facility. Areas include the Women’s Center, Labor and Delivery, and Administration and Outpatient Center. Renovation included all hospital related systems work (i.e. medical glass, code blue, nurse call). The existing building consisted of four buildings ranging in age from 15 to 50 years which had to be joined together to reflect one building with all updated finishes. |
