The project is a new facility consisting of structural steel frame, cold rolled metal infill framing and brick veneer finish, with a flat built-up roof system. The facility is approximately 6,300 sq. ft, containing ample medical office space and four surgery suites. There is an eight-bed holding facility with one equipped to service pediatric patients, along with an eight-bed post-op facility, one of which is equipped for pediatric patients. |
