This renovation and conversion project consisted of adapting a 1930s five-story highly decorative concrete dormitory building totaling 72,500 sq. ft. into campus faculty office space, student newspaper and radio station offices, as well as classrooms and meeting rooms. A new ornamental five-story elevator tower was added at the rear for ADA compliance.
